What this policy covers

This policy covers how we treat information we collect when you use tinyops — the website and the sales stack blueprint service. It does not cover the practices of companies we don't own or control, including the software vendors discussed in your blueprint.

What information we collect

Information you provide. When you complete the intake, we collect the answers you give: business context such as your team size, how you sell, the tools you currently use, approximate revenue range, funding stage, deal size, and outreach volume. We also collect your email address (to deliver your blueprint), and optionally your company name and feedback preference. All intake information is self-reported. We do not ask for logins, passwords, API keys, or access to your CRM or any other tool. You never create an account, and we don't collect special categories of personal information (such as health, biometric, or political information).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers automatically log standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, and pages requested. We use product analytics to understand how tinyops is used — things like which pages are visited, how far people get through the intake, and which features get used — so we can improve the service. Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. We do not use advertising networks or cross-site tracking, and we don't track you across other websites; because of that, browser "Do Not Track" signals don't change how the site behaves.

How we use your information

We use your intake answers to generate your blueprint, and your email address to send you your blueprint link and, if you opted in, to ask about your experience during early access. Your intake responses are processed automatically: a scoring model compares your answers against our research on sales tools, and third-party AI service providers process your responses to generate the written language in your blueprint. We also use analytics data as described above to understand and improve the service. We don't send promotional email on behalf of other businesses.

Your blueprint link

Your blueprint is delivered at a private, unguessable web address. Anyone who has that exact link can view the blueprint — that's what makes it easy to forward to a colleague. Share the link the way you'd share the document itself.

Who we share information with

We never rent or sell your personal information. We don't share your information with the software vendors discussed in your blueprint, and we don't take referral fees or commissions from any vendor. We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us run tinyops: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, product analytics, and the AI providers that process intake responses to generate blueprint language. They may use your information only as necessary to provide those services to us.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if we believe it's necessary to comply with law or a court order, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect the rights, property, or safety of tinyops, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: if tinyops is acquired or its assets are transferred, user information may be among the transferred assets.

We may also use information in aggregated or anonymized form (for example, "how many teams of this size use this category of tool") in ways that don't identify you.

How long we keep information

We retain your intake answers and blueprint so that your blueprint link keeps working. If you'd like your information deleted — your intake answers, your blueprint, or your email — contact us at hello@tinyops.ai and we'll delete it.

Security

We store your information on secure, access-controlled infrastructure and protect it the way we protect our own confidential information. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we notify affected users and any applicable regulator of a data breach when legally required to do so.

Access and deletion

There's no account dashboard because there are no accounts. To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@tinyops.ai.

Children

tinyops is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, contact hello@tinyops.ai and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as tinyops evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of tinyops after changes are posted means you accept them.
